Roast Cauliflower and Broccoli


1 heads of broccoli

1 heads of cauliflower

4 clove of garlic

4 tbsp of olive oil

Salt & pepper


  1. Line a baking tray with baking paper, and heat oven to 180oC.
  2. Cut the broccoli and cauliflower florets from the main stalks, leaving a 3-5cm stalk on each floret.
  3. Place the broccoli and cauliflower florets on your prepared tray, in a single layer.
  4. Toss the broccoli and cauliflower with garlic and olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper, and roast for 20 to 25 minutes covered.
  6. Remove cover from tray, and roast for a further 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the oven.
