Roast Cauliflower and Broccoli
Ingredients
1 heads of broccoli
1 heads of cauliflower
4 clove of garlic
4 tbsp of olive oil
Salt & pepper
Method
- Line a baking tray with baking paper, and heat oven to 180oC.
- Cut the broccoli and cauliflower florets from the main stalks, leaving a 3-5cm stalk on each floret.
- Place the broccoli and cauliflower florets on your prepared tray, in a single layer.
- Toss the broccoli and cauliflower with garlic and olive oil.
- Sprinkle with the salt and pepper, and roast for 20 to 25 minutes covered.
- Remove cover from tray, and roast for a further 30 minutes.
- Remove the oven.
